Normal week - Day 2

Now right now a normal week means we aren't travelling, there isn't some special school event/meeting/holiday we have to plan for...you know, normal.

Then why is this post so tardy? Well, I spent the day preparing for the lifting of a failed slab at an apartment complex. Tomorrow we will be lifting a slab about 3 inches back to where it originally was until it failed. And by we, I mean myself, a couple of guys from the company, a bunch of hydraulic jacks and some LVDTs or string pots (if you don't know, google it). It's gonna be fun!

Ellie, well, she was happy to see her friends at school and play with the dollhouses.
