
She also was concerned that she had a wood chip in her shoe. Which as we all know, if the shoes aren't feeling just right it's the end of the world. Fortunately I convinced her to wait until she was inside to take her shoe off and solve the problem.


And yes, we broke out the pants. It's a little chilly here, like low 70s in the afternoon and 60s in the morning (cue eye rolling from Chicago and Boston). Ellie isn't too happy with how her pants "feel" and is very concerned they are going to fall off. An while washed and heavily worn 3T leggings from last year may be a little small (a little tight in the caboose region), the new 4T pants are HUGE on her, way too long and baggy. Oh well, we will survive. Unless pants become her new nemesis like her shoes...
