Icky funky morning

Early morning again. I knew it wasn't going to go well when I walked into Ellie's room to wake her up and she shouted, "no. I'm not waking up!" And Covered herself completely with her covers. Yeah...it wasn't fun and didn't go smoothly.

So I pose you this question, why is it okay for her to wake up and come bother me at 5am, but when I go to wake her up at 6:30am to go to school it was the end of the world...hmm...

But eventually she chilled and we made it to school.

Last night Ellie insisted we play "school" where she was the teacher (pretending to be her Spanish teacher or Ms. Hyde). She instructed us on doing puzzles, playing well, and basically walked us through a normal day at school. When we got to school today, Ellie showed me some of the activities and games she led me and nick in last night during our game of "school".









Yes, it's swimming day. Yes her hair is down. Fortunately, I'm taking her to swim today (Nick is going to a baseball game) so il be able to put her hair up.
