No.. we didn't forget to get Ellie dressed. Today is the much-anticipated Pajama Day at school! Ellie was pretty excited about it when she found out.. and it didn't disappoint. I wasn't able to take any pictures at school (as part of my quick and mini-tantrum-free getaway plan), but Ellie loved seeing all of her friends' pajamas, especially Joe's since his also had monkeys on them. (Ellie has her monkey drinking hot chocolate pajama shirt on.)
Before leaving for school Ellie gave Superman a kiss and shared a dance with the Man of Steel -- spinning him around and singing Sleeping Beauty and Cinderella songs.
Once outside Ellie took it upon herself to pick a few more leaves up off our deck and put them in the yard waste bag we have out. Always the handy helper.
