Early bird

She was up at 6:20am. That is 40 minutes earlier than usual. But she played in her room for a while and then asked for breakfast (which she made herself with a little help) and then went back to playing. It was a pretty easy morning, although we both woke up earlier than usual.

At school she showed me her booklet that she has almost finished. She practices writing and writing out sentences in her booklet. She has about a page and a half left and then she will get a new one. She was pretty excited.



Then we noticed that the caterpillars were hanging from the top of their cup and one was actually in a cocoon.



When she got to the daycare room some younger friends were playing a game on the computer but were stuck on a game where you had to read words. Then one said, "lets ask Ellen she will help!". And so Ellie, the big kid, came to the rescue and helped them finish the game.
